No returns possible since it is a personalized creation.

If you only order the creation of your card as a file. You will be sent a first email to validate the creation of your card. And a second email containing the file ready for printing with 3mm cutting margins.
If you choose our printing service. Your package will be sent by our printer to the address you have given us.
Our packaging is small cardboard packages in which your cards are wrapped in plastic film. They are protected by recycled paper.
Printing and delivery within 5 working days by private delivery person. If you are absent during delivery, the package will be left in a depot/relay and you will be notified by SMS and/or email.
